What if I can not pay?

There are many reasons why one gets in debt situations. We have counsellors who can help you set up a plan that fits your financial situation.

 

If you can not pay the claim in full within the payment deadline as specified, there may accrue additional fees, payment note and any legal interest. It is therefore important that you call us on telephone + 47 51 200 850 or send an email to post@totalkapital.no so that we may consider a repayment plan. Our customer service is open between the hours of 08.00 and 16.00 from Monday to Friday.

Payment Note and legal interest

Persons registered with a payment remark will normally not be granted new loans or credit in connection with the purchase of goods and services. A payment note will initially be registered for 4 years, but will be deleted immediately once the claim is paid. The requirement is normally subject to legal collection unless you have contacted us and entered into a payment agreement. This entails that the enforcement officer will be able to impose deduction in your salary / annuity or take security (collateral outflow) in private assets.
