Totalkapital is looking for part-time and full-time employees as executive officers. You have a strong interest in the debt collection area and are determined that the customer will be satisfied at the end of each call.

Some key words for our executive officers:
• Experience as a case officer in a collection agency
• Higher economic / legal education (relevant experience can compensate)
• Service Set, patient, structured and effective
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Good oral and written presentation ability
• No payment remarks
• Personal debt collection license is a plus
• Experience with Predator is an advantage
• Understand the importance of contributing to a good working environment

Key tasks will be:
• customer care / case management
• inbound and outbound telephony
• monitoring of portfolio
• administrative tasks
