Why claims from Totalkapital?

You have received a claim from Totalkapital because we have taken over responsibility for collecting the amount you owe. That means that you must pay to Totalkapital and not to the original supplier of the goods or services you purchased.

 

Accrued fees will not disappear if you pay the original invoice after you have received a claim from us. It is therefore important that you pay the invoice you received from Totalkapital to ensure that all debts are paid and that it does not apply any extra costs for you. Unless the debt is wholly paid the claim is considered only as partly paid and unless it is agreed a repayment plan with us, the debt collection process will continue until it is fully paid.
